Fishing

Glentanner Park is located at the head of Lake Pukaki – walking distance to the mouth of the Tasman River. A great place to try your luck at trout fishing!

Hunting

There are great opportunities for Thar and Chamois hunting in the Mount Cook area. Shooting permits must however be obtained from park head quarters

Special permission can be granted to hunt on Glentanner Station. For more details it is essential that you contact Ross or Helen Ivey on 03 4351843
